Refund Policy

Our goal at Willow Hair is to make sure you have a great shopping experience with us.  We also love for our customers to enjoy the products they purchase from Willow Hair


But if for any reason, you would like to return your purchased product(s), or request a refund.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item(s) to request a refund if the bottles are unopened and unused. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a refund, please contact us at hello@willowhaircare.com, and we will make sure you receive your full refund.  All you need is a receipt or some other proof of purchase.


REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days (usually 5 to 10 days).

 

EXCHANGES 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange your item(s), please contact us directly at hello@willowhaircare.com
